{UAH} HOW THE RWENZORI PEACE ACTORS CONNED THE STATE.

HOW THE RWENZORI PEACE ACTORS CONNED THE STATE.

Much as one will say it is obvious, it is not as obvious as it may seem, for the word obvious is not obvious itself as it sounds.

Last year was sealed with an exclusive five reasons why the Peace missions have not had an impact in the Rwenzori Sub region since 2014.

By the nature of what happened, a window opened for everyone to do all they can in the name of peace. It is high time we distinguished sloganeering from actual working that will yield.

The peace missionaries (peace merchants) in Rwenzori are great minds that have every many answers but unfortunately they do not have the questions where the answers are applicable. [to put it much more clearer these peace dealers have the answer to a question they do not understand or not eveinhave].

The slogan that Rwenzori needs peace and the fact that everyone is looking for the same remains a very complex question since the peace these people are looking for is not defined.

How you define a concept determines the activities you will carry out to achieve the desired outcomes.

Ordinarily Peace is the opposite of Conflict. Therefore reason demands that peace is preached where there has been conflict or war?! This is right.

The first question is, is there any conflict in Rwenzori? If its answered in the affirmative who the parties to this conflict?

What is peace in the Rwenzori Context? Is it abandoning the Kingdom? Is it the release of King Numbere and his subjects? Is it working with the ruling party? Is it promising to work or agree with whatever the president wants or says? Is it supporting the opposition? Is peace giving people apple seedlings to plant? Is peace investing in education or? Is it abusing or threatening the Kingdom royalist? What is your definition of Peace by the current peace merchants?

What happens is that the moment one defines what he or she wants or intends to do, it determines the activities to be done so that they can get the desired outcome.

90% of the peace missions have faced it rough for their lack of any definition of what they are exactly destined to do in Rwenzori.

Let all yee know that there is no physical conflict in Rwenzori and going there to preach ordinary peace is counterproductive. You will need to develop a prototype of a conflict and develop peace prototype to suit your deals(missions).

Basically, you are applying a wrong solution to a wrong problem(for lack of a definition). What all peace merchants are doing has never been done world over. Injecting chloroquine to a diarrhea patient expecting him or her to heal is what you are doing.

The other matter to be investigated is the source of funding that is interested in an ambiguity. What is the interest of a partner who continues to fund something that is not yielding?

If it is the state providing such funds, it should demand for accountability from the past missions before commissioning any other. Failure to do that would tantamount to siphoning funds from this country's coffers.

Sooner than later it will tantamount to bribery, embezzlement and causing financial loss which may warrant parading some people before the Uganda's Anti Corruption Court.

[When the State funds any project and it fails to yield it causes financial loss and the implementing body qualifies to be charged with either Bribery and Embezzlement or one of the above]

Allow me to say that we shall see them by the fruits they will yield. Welcome aboard 2018.

We remain counting on the hope that is remaining. It is the hope that there is still hope.

The Dream Team coming in and for peace.
