{UAH} KAYIHURA GONE BUT VERY MANY CHALLENGES REMAIN INTACT !

The whole world and the entire Ugandan communities all over the planet
are learning news of Gen E.K. Kayihura dismissal. A relief......? This is what
the nature of things will portray in particular regarding Museveni's post-Kayihura
attitude! The news has been coloured great but will it bear great effects? And how?
Kayihura has been noted for his roughness towards the opposition, and always doing
so such many great deeds to please the boss and to help him to strongly cling to power.
His police has been seen openly participating in election malpractices, etc...
Now Kayihura is out ! But what Ugandans now want to know is the fact that Kayihura has
gone away with these eveils and that we shall never see them again. True or not true?
So we say goodbye to poll rigging? We send off roughness in handling the opposition?
We dismiss injustice as has been noticed within police ranks? Should we say that we shall
now know the real truth about those police investigations and their reports which have never
been published for the attention of the Ugandan public : things like the torching of schools with
the their untold incredible casualties, the arson at the Kasubi Royal Tombs, the very many accidents and deadly incidents in which innocent citizens have been realm victims, the torching of markets in which traders have lost tremendously in terms of money and property, etc...? Let's hope Kayihura's departure will bring everything to open greenlight.
And as for Museveni, the Kayihura dismissal may appear to post a political facelift to his image. But the questions now are why all this delay in handling the Kayihura case? Will things regarding polls in their wanted free and fair composure materialise? Will the new bosses now be different from Kayihura on this note? Will the police cease to be an NRM organ? How will Museveni now reassure Ugandans of any good happy days to come in the absence of Kayihura and others? This is where all people are now going to place a finger and see whether all this will lead to what is supposed to be the beginning of the new times and a new era that will usher in people's wishes and political ambitions!
The Kayihura case will just be a short parenthesis if it isn't followed by concrete actions gearing up to the positive. Will this dismissal be a beginning towards other similar actions concerning those corrupt individuals who have milked the essence of the economy?
How can Ugandans now compare and contrast Kayihura's fate to that of the military chief who commanded the forces in Kasese? Kayihura is humiliated but the other chap was glorified with a promotion and was greatly awarded !
Let's try to follow the events as they unfold. Kayihura's downfall was in principle embedded in that of his boss who suffered a stiff blow from a political slogan ( TOGIKWATAKO).The slogan is making NRM a party walking on a thorny ground. NRM MPs who championed the age limit amendment fear now to come out and face their home public. Some of these chaps may even be hiding as cockroaches inside their friends' cupboards in Naguru, Ntinda, etc...Fear factor is now reigning very high within NRM ranks. The massive opposition rally in Jinja where tens of thousands flocked to a stadium to listen to those opposition gurus was something which didn't go well with NRM because it has already proved to be a dark black cloud foreboding  an incoming storm that will sweep away all NRM's chances of winning a programmed referendum on a seven-year Museveni term, etc... Kayihura or no Kayihura this is already in balance! But as usual, even this time without a Kayihura cowardly manoeuvres may be initiated to save the wakubwas from suffering a heavy defeat!
Now what advice can an amateur give to Kayihura in these present circumstances? To come out openly and expose his views on the roles he's said to have played here and there. To stand and speak up about the many things that have come to influence his political thought.
Problematic Kayihura gone but the real problems remain because they have their authentic authors who will never accept blame...
