{UAH} ORDER FROM ABOVE NO EXCUSE

ORDER FROM ABOVE IS AN EMPTY EXCUSE
The President told a parliamentary committee that upon capturing state
power, they brought in long time's Mwalimu Julius Nyerere's PPS who
advised them never to run government verbally or on phone. Every thing
must be expressed in writing. So, those who just abuse power and
office, under the excuse that " l received orders from above, will
find themselves facing it alone. It happened to Hon. Joy Kafurah
Kabatsi, Syda Bumba and Dr. Khiddu Makubuya. So l think it is not good
for one to blackmail his boss that if any thing, they would go don
together.
Even if Special Forces Command soldiers are seconded to police and
they abuse power, the President is not responsible. He will only be
responsible if he covers them up from prosecution.
