This is so disgusting, How can an event that is only going to take 30 minutes be declared public holiday? Yoseri Tibuhaburwa Kaibanda (Museveni) is sick. There other time he chopped Mobile money tax from 1% to 0.5 by decree unaware it was parliaments work. Just yesterday , he launched a walk, days back, he launched irrigation with dustbin bottles,blames rampant murders on hoods , calls people lice, called a police traffic officer "ekipolice,kiwala" oooh gosh.... this is so insane of a head of state
