{UAH} Ugandans at Heart.: Remove Halima and Mayimuna as Moderators from UAH

Here are people starting a campaign to get Halima Kiberu banned. I have been telling Halima not to sail too close to the wind- but she does not listen to me. May be I need to put her on my laps and give her a good spanking. Halima is a nice girl and I like her, but she needs to moderate herself. I dont want Semuwemba to ban Halima- but thats a matter for him, Halima is stepping on too many toes and not everyone is as nice as myself as she will soon find out. She needs to  be more aware of other people's sensibilities.
