A police file case number SD 16/28/08/2018 filed at Central Police Station [CPS] Kampala suggests that General Court Martial chairman, Lt. Gen. Andrew Gutti, was fleeced at least Shs180m by an employee.
Police is already investigating the matter in which a one Odongo John Baptist conned the senior army official under unclear circumstances.
