BESIGYE THE INCCORUPTABLE FORCE.

Museveni clearly understands H.E COL Dr Wrn Kizza-Besigye as a standing obstacle to his life rule ambition. 
For many years Museveni has been abusing state resources to buy off other political parties and strong political opponents in order to weaken opposition. The routine has been infiltrating with his spies. 
Dr. Kizza-besigye has so far been at the recieving end of this kind of targeted character assassination but by the Grace of God he has managed to fend off all the combinations of state and media assaults intended to politically damage him.

Now with the emergency of Bobi Wine ,Museveni finds himself in a dilemma because Hon Bobi wine is a beneficiary of People's president school of thought and that is defiance. Bobi wine believes in "people must regain their power from those who have captured it".

Basically Museveni is faced with 2 political opponents using the same tactics of people centered movement.

The only option he has now is to infritrate the two and he can only do it through Bobi wine ranks. His only chances are by plotting to use Hon Bobi wine to fight Dr. Kizza Besigye. He can easily do that by making Hon. Kyagulanyi appear a formidable force that will gradually slice into the political support Dr. Kizza-besigye has accumulated for many years with the hope that his popularity is diminished.

Therefore he can use Bobi Wine as a proxy to damage his long time political opponent.

However Dr. Kizza-besigye remains the only consistent opposition leader and his endearment to the people comes from the fact he is a very incorruptible leader who didn't join politics to accumulate personal wealth.

Some of the tactics Museveni has resorted to use to fight H.E Col. Dr Kizza Besigye is to whip media houses to continually publish negative stories that portray Dr Kizza Besigye as already politically castrated.

This is my view of how l read Museveni agenda.

For opposition to survive this storm, Besigye must call down his mentee and Kyagulanyi must sit with his mentor. They must work together on the way foward of the struggle.
Let me make it clear Museveni is not sleeping. Priority to his agenda now is to use Kyagulanyi to eliminate Dr Kizza Besigye.
Museveni's war is to fight Dr. Besigye not political parties.

Let's not give up, keep the pressure going Museveni will be finished soon!!
Long live your Excellency Col Dr Kizza Besigye Kifefe.
