REC. CAPTAIN BAKKA OUT
Rev. Captain Bakka, a retired soldier, army chaplain journalist, who
has been on remand for almost or over year over some crimes, is out
and l have met him at Kampala Road this afternoon.
He told me that he was released on Monday.
He is thanking every body who prayed for him and who fought for his
release especially journalists.
He looks good, but more slender and dark skinned.
