UGANDA: This is the one video that certainly made Dictator Museveni
order for the killing of Bobi Wine (Robert Ssentamu Kyagulanyi). I
have converted it from youtube to MP4 and it is available on WhatsApp
+15068716371. South African Goddess of Song says to Bobi "You are the
Nelson Mandela for Uganda". The rest is history. Thank you thank you,
I have been waiting for this (Mr. DJ). MLN -- You screw around with a
musician, the world will come crashing down on you. Museveni should
have known better.

Yvonne Chaka Chaka to Bobi Wine "You are the Nelson Mandela for Uganda".
===
Museveni should just wait to see the wrath of global musicians pour
down. Never screw up with a musician. THANK YOU YVONNE CHAKA CHAKA. We
will fight for our brother (my child). MLN

Ahmed Musaazi Events of Bugiri and Arua election violence may have
been deliberately masterminded to have a mark on Bobi Wine just like
this event, where the inocent had not forweseen what was in the
pipeline. Gordon Wavamunno is one of our disgrutnled local investor
once close to foprmer Prime Minister and Presidential Candidate Amama
Mbabazi.

Ahmed Musaazi My only advice is that if foreigners were choosing
leaders for Uganda, Obote would have been President for life in the
eyes of Julius Nyerere, so was Amin in the eyest of the British and
Israelis and later Libya and Russia. Museveni

Ahmed Musaazi Museveni had to come low, starting as State Minister for
Defence under Yusuf Lule, Defence Mibnister and later Regional
Cooperation Minister under Godfrey Binaisa, Vice Chairperson Military
Commission under Paulo Muwanga, First Vice Chairperson NRM under Yusuf
Lule etc...Yet Museveni by 1979 had 10,000 soldiers strong. But
legitimacy had to be gradual. Bobi WIne should borrow a leaf from
Museveni. But the old guards should also have dialogue with the
upcoming politicians.

Ahmed Musaazi So long as Government delivers according to NRM Election
manifesto, Bobi Wine can not defeat an incumbent President with state
apparatus including Electoral; Commission, military, police, prisons,
intelligence services, Bank of Uganda, etc...

Ahmed Musaazi Yet Bobi Wine can be better than Besigye who only
concentrates on Presidency, he will never win, other than invests in
parliament and local governments so that a budget can not pass without
Opposition's approval so are constitutional amendments. Even a post
2021 power sharing may be seen not as a remote dream.

Ahmed Musaazi However, Uganda cabinet has a chance of addressing
issues of the youth in the coming budget so that by the time we reach
2020, many of the issues raised by Bobi WIne and others are solved.
Unfortunately, some of our leaders are not reliable, loyal, and
patriotic. But many of those issues can be even addressed right now.

Ahmed Musaazi For example, , if the President appoints a Vice
President who is stronger, younger and preferably a retired army
officer or war veteran, like the case in Egypt from Gen.Neguib, Gamala
Abdu Nasser, Anwar Sadat, Hassan mjbarak, and now Al Sisi. If such a
deputy is from Buganda, he may be seen as one of the future
presidential material other than Bobi Wine. Then if regional
governments are operationalised and there is an elected Buganda
Regional Premier, he will be looked at as the flag bearer of the
region other than Bobi Wine or any other.

Ahmed Musaazi When it comes to media, Government should not behave
like a dumb politician, to borrow from Sir Andrew Cohen. It should use
its state owned media up to the maximum. Agencies like Government
Citizen Interaction Centre (GCIC) at the ICT ministry headquarters,
and Uganda Media Centre, and the Directorate of Information
DIssemination and Public Relations should be motivated, facilitated
and utilized fully.

Ahmed Musaazi Corruption with impunity in government ministries,
departments and agencies should also be tackled. It demoralizes
others. Cadre identification and placement should be given the first
priority.
