Is this the steady progress you have been talking of or there's more we wait!!?? 
But who really plans for this country for God seak? You can't plant surveillance camera poles on such roads with no tarmac on them. The cost of maintaining these cameras is high which needs to be cleaned every one hour due to moving dust on roads (emitwe)

Indeed tax payers money is wasted. Am here waiting for mr #Ofwono_Opondo to defend this trush.

I advise these planners to go for a bachelor in development studies (BDS)
