{UAH} Mr. President this is intriguing

Mr. President

For whatever reasons, I personally after a thorough reflection and
reading papers about the Arua incident of the entire phenomenon appear
to be more than a mere episode (distinctive in a series of related
events).

You have stated that your vehicles travel at a rather faster speed.
This you said when you were advising people to avoid an unnecessary
accidents on Uganda good roads.

a. At what speed does a stone throwing person release the stone to hit
a vehicle moving at the speed you talked about above? For a stone to
hit a moving vehicle let us say moving at 70 km/h in the same
direction as a stone accelerating at 25-30 km/h is virtually
impossible. 1.a at your vehicles speed and the stone throwers thrust
can only happen with Albert Einstein's relativity theory! 1.b. There
is no way a stone in the above instance will hit the back of the
vehicle's wind screen (glass) and break it unless the vehicle was in a
i. Static state ii. Moving slower than an accelerating stone iii the
vehicle was reversing at a speed faster than the thrown stone not to
violate the Newtonian Law of motion.
b. I find it rather impossible to have 33 people all of them throwing
one stone at a vehicle unless they did this in intervals. So the
question here will be to prove that person 1 to person 33 threw a
stone at the president's vehicle all at once!
c. The vehicle I saw in the news papers, was one of the presidential
SUV , I believe specially made for the total safety of the President.
1.c. Did the procurer of this vehicle really buy a vehicle that befits
the security of the president to such an extent that a stone
accelerating at a throwers thrust could hit a screen and break it as
state in point A? There is need to get manufacturers manual documents
of the affected vehicle to ascertain these facts. 2.c. at what angle
was the stone that hit the vehicle come from since at the speed you
talked about above your vehicles chance of being hit by a stone are
such that it will take a genius to exactly target that vehicle without
hitting the following car or vehicles. 3.c where other vehicles hit
by the stone or it is only the Presidents vehicle hit that zoomed past
the following vehicles?

The entire event appears to be a phenomenon that will require
physicists and philosophers to explain it in any human expectable
understandable way.
