{UAH} ON RADIO STAR TONIGHT
UGANDANS SHOULD LEARN FROM LIBYANS
September 1st was the anniversary of Great Al Fateh Libyan Revolution under the late Berother Col. Muammar El Qaddaffi.
l was a frequent visitor of Libya, which was on its way from a republic (jamhouriya) to State of the Masses 9Jamahariya0 which in simple words, was a welfare state.
Libyans could not worry about school or medical fees, water or electricity bills, even food and beverages.
There was free and compulsory education, free housing etc....
They became tired of their leader (some of them) supported by external enemies led by NATO and the country was invaded and the leader was killed and it marked the end of peace and stability not only in Libya but in the entire Maghreb and Sahara- Sahel region.
Now Libyans are crying for Qadaffi and he is no more and they are looking for his first son, Saif Al Islam.
That is a good lesson for us Ugandans, where we should not become tired of peace, stability and freedom ushered in by NRM under the leadership of President Yoweri Museveni.
During UNLF days, l heard people crying for a return of Amin, simply because of killings and murder in and around Kampala.
During scarcity of Amin days, some people cried for Obote l whose regime was overthrown when a Kilogram of sugar was at One Shilling.
Brothers and sisters, we are the only oasis in a desert and we can't seek refugee at any negibourhood, let's keep and expand this with our grand Paapa, Yoweri K Museveni.
God willing, tonight, l shall be on a Panel of Journalists on Ssekanyolwa Gwangamujje on Radio Star FM talk show tonight, moderated by Jackson Kisubi from 07.00 to 09.00 pm, where l sahll be joiined by Barnabas Yiga Matovu, Secretary Greater Luwero Development Foundation. Stay tuned.
