is the UNESCO not making a mistake here? As far as I know, the Koran bans any overt expression of happiness, and especially forbids music and dancing. Music is a very important therapeutic tool in modern day counselling and helping victims deal with trauma- but I dont see how UNESCO can marry this important psychological tool with the teachings of the Koran.
