{UAH} Besigye as NPC!

As often quoted, Mark Twain is alleged to have exclaimed, "word of my death is greatly exaggerated!"......Similarly, there's a UAH member who used to emphasise the role Besigye contributed to building the now stinking Movement as National Political Commissar(NPC), and because he kept repeating It, I honestly thought that Besigye was NPC for a long time, only to find out that the man served the position for only two years(1988-1990). People can indeed exaggerate things!
