Last year, Iraqi PM Haider al-Abadi declared the defeat of ISIS in Iraq. This was echoed by numerous governments around the world, and today, ISIS is considered 'irrelevant'.
How do you then explain a murder of 270 innocents in a few days, by an 'irrelevant' group?
