The Army can't allow Bobi Wine to be President.

Former coordinator of military intelligence, General David Sejusa formerly known as Tinyefunza says, the current political system cannot allow the Kyadondo East member of parliament Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine to president of Uganda.

Sejusa notes, even if Bobi Wine is elected the president, it is likely that the army will topple him before the end of his term in office.

"The Military formation of Uganda i know currently would not allow the civilian likes of Bobi Wine as their Comander In Chief. Museveni channelled their mind in away they can only accommodate a president with a strong military background or a known political veteran," Sejusa stated.

He revealed that Museveni has trained several people within the army whose work is to overthrow any civilian government.

"There are very ambitious military young men that have been positioned to take down any civilian government brought in by the ballot at any point as long as they don't believe in that person. There fore I strongly advise these young politicians to trend well with our military if their ambitions are to sit in that office," he added.

Sejusa is slated to retire from the army in 2019 and has been among the harsh critics of president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni for long time.

He 2016 general election, General Sejusa openly campaigned for opposition candidate Colonel Kizza Besigye and appeared in several campaign rallies.
