{UAH} Did the Museveni gov't refund people whose money NRA stole from the bank

Friends,

Please allow me to ask a simple question, did the Museveni gov't refund people whose money NRA stole from the bank during the Luwero Bush war? For instance, in September 1985, they raided a bank in Kabale and took away shs. 400m.

Secondly, it's interesting to note that NRA did some plane hijacking too, and it didn't create any international headlines, because Britain and Israel were taking care of that front. Can you imagine someone hijacking a plane now with over 40 passengers on board, in exchange for the release of a criminal? You would be listed as a terrorist organisation straight away. Yes, NRA did it in exchange of Sserwanga Lwanga who had been earlier arrested over a fake passport?
