{UAH} FDC DENIED TO WELCOME ITS PARTY PRESIDENT IN WESYERN REGION.

Police and it's allies have condoned off Grandholiday hotel in mbarara....Boma play ground where they were to meet the party president....the FDC chairman in MBARARA Sternley Katembeya locked up....no media allowed to share details at present.
