{UAH} TIMUSIMME MUTEBBELY- CROOK OR ALCOHOLIC

Did Kayibanda keep Tumusimme Mutebbely at the helm at the bank of Uganda because he knew the man is alcoholic with very limited grey matter and had no clue about what was going on? Mutebbely would simply report to the office to sleep off hangover of the previous night. Mutebbely also seems to be a buffoon an a  very stupid man, and I cant understand how such a mental midget could have been a President of the Student's Guild at Makerere University.

The former executive director in charge of supervision of commercial banks at Bank of Uganda Mrs.Justine Bagyenda faces criminal summons from COSASE and the committee will issue arrest warrant if she doesn't appear on Tuesday 27th November,2018 during the investigation into failure by the bank to provide the files containing liquidation of defunct banks.#BOUProbe
