{UAH} RWANDAN OUTLAW KAYIBANDA PLANS ASSASSINATION CAMPAIGN AGAINST UGANDANS IN DIASPORA

Read this shocking communication form Kayibanda to his foreign missions. Either he runs the most incompetent government on earth, or he is planning a reign of terror TARGETING HIS his supposed opponents abroad.

For otherwise,  why does the pot-bellied tyrant want details of people working for International organisations? They are not employed by his lawless regime, and some of them may no longer be Ugandans in fact. What about his spy or intelligence agencies like ISO and ESO? What about his agents like WBK, Owana, Katerrega, Kampe, Kayondo etc, Cant he get this information from them?

 I hope Kayibanda Museveni is not planning a reign of terror targeting his opponents, imagined or real, who live and work abroad. The Rwandan outlaw has become so paranoid he seems to see an enemy everywhere- I am sure he fears his own shadow nowadays.
