Listening to govt officials...i see theft of people identity taking place. 

First of all there is evidence in the regime that they are incompetent. Its covered with thieves nothing else. 

Ugandans who offred their lands details for land titles they were issued with fake land titles orignal details offered to some other people. 

U all know that. 

Now in uganda we have Rwandese without proper origins.  These are the very people that will be handling computerised details of people...

Alteady in Chaina Nigerians are being cought with ugandan passports...

There is no security in peoples details with this regime. 

U have evidence with the way elextral commission handles elections...

Now these computerised passports are going to be another methord of theft. If yoi dont belong to the regime i dought if your passport will be safe. 

Another thing they want the process of E passports to be done by 2021...remember these guys are after rigging elections....nothing else. Waje ugandans...listen to them when they are speaking...there is no truth in them. 

The minister brought the idea of E passports fir the first time to parliament but already internal affairs is giving out E passports... when did they aprove the use of epassport....anything you see the regime covering up too wuick be ready ...for catastrophy. 

Me i dont think it should be quickly done. People must be given explanation and ti.e to uae their passports once they expire then they can adapt the new passports if approved by parliament.
