{UAH} What is NRM game plan?
Well does it matter at all!
Amazing country and people - a reflection of our cultural patterns
(minus education).
Just a month ago I did a tour of the industrial are in Mbalala –
Mukono , Matugga and Kaweepe – these entire industrial estates are now
filled with industries with each factory having between 20 to 150
workers.
Here is how Chinese and Uganda thinking structure converge- build and
sewer comes last. Population density is not part of the planning
process!
A General Hospital built by Chinese in Kiruddu just here in Munyonyo
with over 400 visitors daily spills pop in the road aka street. The
media has written and written and it appears no one know what to do!
Well that is the way it is. Pop is any of our big business!
