Our structure and Government system has been drastically changed and now CS Matiangi will performing duties and responsibilities similar to those of Prime Minister in those countries that is governed by the constitution with parliamentary System of Government. 
Rt Raila Amollo Odinga is currently the head of state without portfolio.
