Size really doesn't matter. See what Rwanda has done under Uganda's nostrils after Kenya done the same.

Cars are these days made in backyards and home garages. Uganda;s Kiira Motorcar is duplicating what has already congested the global automobile market. 

Sandwiched between Kenya and tiny Rwanda who both take pride in launching satellites we will soon be labeled "The Idiot Between Us" for pursing ancient technologies - the motorcar. Flying cars are already in the works.
