{UAH} Just asking....

Every time Trump talks about this "crisis," I ask: How can this be a "crisis" when he had a GOP House and Senate for TWO YEARS, and there was no crisis then? He could not get his own party to fund this "crisis." And now that Dems control the House, it's a "crisis." Baloney.
