-- Why should the Rwandan outlaw Kayibanda Museveni keep on hiring Rwandan mercenaries to to participate in bogus demonstrations on his behalf? Can't he get Ugandans to demonstrate instead of resorting to guns for hire?

I thought its prohibited for any country to interfere with affairs of another nation until recently when rwandese and Burundi refugees stormed Parliament and British council. Please rwandese mind your business you are here as refugees.
