WHY KENYA WILL NEVER DEFEAT THE MUSLIM TERRORIST UNLESS IT DEVELOPS NEW MILITARY ETHOS. THE COMMANDER OF THIS UNIT ASKING SOLDIERS TO PRAY RATHER THAN GET READY FOR BATTLE IS TOTALLY INDEFENSIBLE. HE SHOULD BE FIRED.
