This thug who was reported dead is said to have been your fellow undercover agent working for Kayibanda and indirectly for  the Rwandan occupation. He seems to have miraculously resurrected and is now very much alive- apparently- as you can see. I now believe the famous story of the legendary catdes in the last few months and yet has not yet reached the magical nine!!!
