Even In A Rich Country Like The UK Which Has  A Well Developed Social Welfare System Intended To Ensure Nobody Goes Hungry Or Is Homeless And  Exposed To The Elements At Night, Many People Still Fall Below The Safety Net And Live A Life Far Worse Than In The Country They Left.
