{UAH} KAYIBANDA USHERS MITYANA TO MIDDLE INCOME STATUS

I travelled a distance of over 4,000 kms on the Trans-Siberian Railway from Beijing City, China to Lhasa City, Tibet, traversing mountains and rivers and passing through 3 time zones, but the epic journey took me 3 days, the same number of days it takes for a commuter in Mityna to travel a mere 40 km. Such a remarkable  achievement by Mityana, as can be seen below, is attributed to Kayibanda Museveni's Ten Point programme which will transform Uganda into a Middle Income Country in less than a years time, in Janaury 2020.

This road is found in Mityana district. When it rains, it becomes impassable. After a long time of despotic rule, we still have these roads!. I liken president museveni's government to an old holed cloth that has constantly been patched. At first, the patches had a semblance of designs, but now, the cloth looks disgusting and it can be patched no more. Trust me the cloth is worn out. Change is coming soon.
