{UAH} SHOULD SHAMIMA BEGUM BE ALLOWED BACK TO THE UK?:

SHOULD SHAMIMA BEGUM BE ALLOWED BACK TO THE UK?: A test case is already before the UK Courts on this precise issue- namely whether the UK government can legally stop a citizen from returning? How much power does a state have in International law to revoke citizenship? The current International Law position is that a state can not make a citizen stateless- but this is a post-Nuremberg position that is increasingly challenged. Most Constitutions and legal regimes now allow for revocation of citizenship under certain conditions, namely Treason, specifically waging war against your own country, and if a person poses a threat to the peace and security of a country and its citizens. Shamima Begum is one of an estimated 150 UK Isis terrorists who are in legal limbo. Most of them have been captured or have surrendered and are in the custody of Kurdish forces. Many are Jihadi brides or widows, including young children born in the Islamic Caliphate. But some are deadly terrorists with records of gruesome murder and of bloodshed that no country in the world would ever allow any licence to walk freely on the streets of its cities or villages. The UK has taken the harsh decision of revoking the citizenships of these killers.-- which means they can never return to the UK, even though they are UK born and bred. They include Isis executioners known as the "Beatles Gang", and Jihadi Jack, who are currently in the custody of Kurdish forces and whose cases are before the UK courts. The Beatles Gang are 4 Muslim terrorists who are believed to be responsible for beheading at least 150 victims, many of them foreign journalists, including two British citizens. They videoed some of their grotesque beheadings and posted them on social media. Advances in technology have now made it possible to identify their voices and to pinpoint them as the monsters who appeared in the videos. The main point for consideration by the British Courts is whether a citizen can have his citizenship revoked- we have to remember that these revocations apply only to UK citizens who have or are entitled to another citizenship- namely that of their parents or grandparents. Nearly all of the UK muslim killers are descended from immigrant backgrounds, and almost all of them are citizens of, or are eligible to apply for it, in the countries of their parents origin in the Arab Muslim world, Bangla Desh, Pakistan, Syria, Libya, Nigeria or wherever else their parents migrated from.. Finally, you have to bear in mind that governments exist to protect the citizens who elected or put them in power. The primary purpose of the UK government, and indeed any government in the world, is to protect the lives and safety of the citizens. The streets of the UK have been attacked time and again by muslim terrorists, killing and maiming so many innocent civilians. The government simply can not permit known killers to be allowed back into the country, so that they can walk freely, when in reality, many of them, like Shamima Begum, are totally unapologetic and unrepentant and are even proud of their roles in creating and sustaining the murderous Islamic Caliphate or Paradise.on Earth. The official UK government policy, announced by the Defence Secretary Gavin Williamson in 2017 is as follows: "Britons who have fought for Islamic State abroad should be hunted down and killed to ensure they never return to the UK, the defence secretary, Gavin Williamson, has said.

"In the strongest remarks yet from a senior cabinet minister, Williamson suggested there was deliberate targeting of British jihadists by the armed forces fighting Isis as the group retreats in Syria and Iraq.

The new defence secretary told the Daily Mail: "A dead terrorist can't cause any harm to Britain."

"I do not believe that any terrorist, whether they come from this country or any other, should ever be allowed back into this country," he said. "We should do everything we can do to destroy and eliminate that threat."

Williamson said jihadist groups in Libya, Iraq and Syria were breeding grounds for plotting attacks in the UK. "Our job in terms of eliminating will not stop this year, will not stop next year – it is something we have got to continue to pursue," he said.

In 2015, Shamima Begum left London along with two friends to join ISIS in Syria 🇸🇾. Now 19 and nine months pregnant she wants to return to the UK.

Should she be allowed to?
