We Have Therefore Overthrown The Corrupt,And Feral Militarist Juntas In Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Congo, Sudan And Somalia And Hereby Declare This Region As A Beacon Of Hope And Peace. Blood-Soaked Tyrants Kayibanda Museveni, Paul Kagame, Pierre Nkurunziza, Joseph Kabila, Omar Bashir, And .Salva Kiir Mayardit Are All Under Arrest On Charges Of Treason,,Genocide, Corruption, And Betrayal Of The Fatherland. They Will Be Tired In Special Courts For Being Traitors And  Puppets Of Foreign Powers And Will Be Sent To The Gallows To Hang.
