{UAH} EXTRA-JUDICIAL KILLINGS WITH IMPUNITY

The Museveni State Minister should surrender herself to a thorough and professional police investigation into the mysterious broad daylight killing of motorcycle enthusiast the late Ronald Sebulime (RIP) as he was reportedly on his way to visit his children at boarding school on a Sunday visitation day. Being an eye witness and having already made public remarks about a purported attack, it is police procedure that she reports to police to record a statement. Social media is not police headquarters. And she bares responsibility for her body guards actions just like Kyaligonza. The facts remain that a young man has been murdered, while his two little children are now abruptly orphaned. Furthermore, such a disturbing death can not be used by the killer to merely seek public attention and Facebook likes. The Airtel cow saga in Mbarara must not be allowed to divert public attention and scrutiny from the Museveni regimes extra-judicial killings, torture and imprisonment of innocent citizens on trumped up charges. Last time they also murdered Yassin Kawuma in Arua with total impunity to this day (as seen here:https://t.co/fw0GeV0vU9)
