How can our country develop when it is led by completely illiterate and uneducated mental midgets like Janet Kataha and Kayibanda Museveni himself who wasted 5 years of tax payers money at Dar es Salaam university only to come out with a Pass Degree, equivalent of a Certificate Attendance many people get after attending a two day residential course?
