Who bewitched Uganda??????

In 1969, President Apollo Milton Obote was attacked in an assassination attempt. The attack was effected by a one Ssebaduka during a function at Lugogo. After the attack, Ssebaduka was imprisoned at Luzira and Obote was taken to Mulago National referral hospital to mend the lips shattered by the assassin's bullet.

The current sickness of Rt Hon Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga has reminded me of this historical incident. According to official communication from Parliament, Kadaga is suffering from fatigue accrued from her recent visits to Morocco and Europe. She has consequently been airlifted to Aga Khan hospital in Nairobi Kenya for better management.

I cannot help but cry for my beloved motherland Uganda, a hospital that could treat bullet wounds in 1969 to heal the President has no capacity to treat fatigue in 2019!!!
50 years later Fatigue can't be treated in Uganda????
