At 30, Emmanuel Osilon may never walk again, he groans in pain every minute, everyday , his once fit spinal code, back lost to this broken bridge Btn Kidongole and Butebo tells its all about the state of infrastructure in this country, for 7 month he rests in one single position, any fainthearted person may not look at his back twice, he is virtually rotting away, one would say the broken bridge under UNRA signed Osilon's slow death certificate. His father has used over 35M for treatment, sold virtually every household property to no avail, currently he needs 45M for specialized medication in India, sad, they lately cant afford Ush 50,000 for his day to day tablet.
