NRM spokesperson Rogers Mulindwa says that any Ugandan that celebrates Omar Bashir's downfall is empty headed.
Mulindwa asserts that whatever happened in Sudan, does not have any negative impact on the leadership of president Museveni since he is far better than all the ousted presidents in Africa and has exercised the best democratic leadership in Uganda and Africa in general. Museveni is a God gifted president who is different from all African presidents . He can't be overthrown like that.
