{UAH} A response to Yogesh Kotecha about the formation of Uganda Airlines under Idi Amin's terrible rule

Is it also true that USA gave Idi Amin two Cargo Planes during the
cold freeze that cut off huge coffee imports from Brazil elevating
Uganda as another world class coffee bean export direct from Entebbe
to the USA?

The major issues here -

a. what happened to Uganda planes that were part of the East African
Airways and how many were they then?
b. These Uganda Air Cargo company had 27 big planes
c. These - handled passengers had 15 excellent planes

In 1975 I was residing in Kitoro and huge consignments of small armed
personnel carriers (amphibian tanks), big battle tanks and buses from
former Yugoslavia that were replacing Old British made UTC buses were
being airlifted in, on almost a daily basis.

Were the huge cargo planes part of Amin's air planes or these were
American and Russian planes?
