{UAH} Rwanda gives reasons why it chased away the Germany Ambassador

Your owl eyed mate Pilato is at war with the Germans. Apparently the ambassador had written to his foreign ministry raising concerns about Pilato's mistreatment of opposition, including the still unexplained disappearance of an opposition leader from a maximum security jail. Pilato will not agree to anyone calling him out on his savagery and barbaric misrule.
