{UAH} Army Takes Over Kampala

It is more than politics.

If the state is not careful there will be total break down of law and order.
Poor frustrated young men and some young women - are forming groups
robbing and killing people at will and they do it day and night. The
police can't do much!

Is 80's Brixton London, Brasilia Brazil, Kingston, Montego Bay and
Spanish Town Jamaica familiar

The only missing link is drugs - then people are little bit safer.
