Look at your mate Kayibanda's shoes. I think it is jiggers infestation he sufferred as a child in the Rwandan refugee camps coming to haunt him- he has to wear oversize shoes when the old wounds get inflamed, as they do frequently in feet badly tortured by the ruggumuffin.
