Here is Dr Eric Kashambuzi making a contribution to the National Democratic debate in Uganda. He sometimes strays into xenophobia, but otherwise has a sharp mind that asks questions Ugandans would rather keep quite about- a bit like pretending you dont have a boil when it is bursting your arse.
