{UAH} PARENTS FROM HELL.

Why Cant Ugandan parents, and African parents generally be responsible? European parents would never allow their children's school to deteriorate to this extent. They will take action, if the school and the authorities can't or won't do so. It so shameful that parents should wait for the state to act, even when they see the suffering they are subjecting their own children to. Up to today, many Ugandan homes still dont have pit latrines- something that requires mainly labour AND  takes less than a day to build. we should wake up to our responsibilities as  no one is going to save us.
