{UAH} The worst thing to ever Befall the people of Buganda is BLB

The worst thing to ever Befall the people of Buganda is BLB, its even worse than Obote, a Friend of mine was told to pay 7 millions mbu kabaka`s kanzu on a plot he bought 3 million in Busabala, they have frustrated my friend to build on the land not until he pays the 7 million. This madness should be brought to an end with use of pangas. I hate those thugs with a passion, if the kabaka doesn't tame his thugs we shall tame them mob justice style
