There is something that has emerged in Uganda - macabre murder
mutilating bodies.
Is there a similarity between Fred and a Ugandan who murdered ten
young women (lovers) and a child he raped and strangled and dumped in
Mayanja river?
Why is macabre murders linked to rape and mutilation?
Is there a possibility of AI profiling such peoples behaviour?
