Which country in the world will accept this child killer? I dont think Australia will agree to take any more violent criminals from the streets of the UK. May be Uganda will accept him, afterall Kayibanda has taken over one million refugees from all over Africa, many of whom are killers,  but for a fee.

  2 year old James Bulger, if you recall,was killed by  John Venables and Robert Thompson, both aged 10, on February 12, 1993, after the pair snatched him from his mother in a Liverpool shopping centre. . This was one of  the most shocking murders of the 20th Century.. After serving a jail term,  Venables has since been unable to settle anywhere in the UK despite being given new identities,   as neighbour's quickly discover his new identity and out him, making him a risk of revenge vigilante action.
