{UAH} Minister Anite decries laziness, corruption in govt agencies
WBK/Edward P'Ojim/ Moses Nekyon/ Frank Mujabi,
-- Why do Ugandans keep mistaking the short 2-3 months management courses run by Yale, Harvard and Boston Universities as degree courses? These courses are just talking shops, I have attended so many of them, and I dont see why anyone should mistake them for rigorous academic or professional degree courses. Bob Wine, Jenniffer Musisi, Anite and a few others have attended these courses, but the hullabaloo that accompanies their invitation to such courses is so loud you would think they are going to sweat their arses studying a law, medical, economics or philosophy degree.. We really need to educate our people more. The courses run by Harvard for eg are mainly invitation only and they usually invite politicians or people the CIA are interested in recruiting. They are not academic courses, but a get to know better jamboree.
