{UAH} Scotland is considering giving each citizen a universal basic income

My aim is to introduce universal basic income in Uganda once we get rid of Kayibanda and his corrupt regime and stabilise the economy. The basic income will be a living wage paid as  a benefit paid to every citizen of Uganda whose earnings or income are below a certain limit. We are not going to allow any citizen to starve under our watch.
