{UAH} WOOLWICH- DIRECTION TO LEAVE NOTICE

The police have obtained power to arrest, detain or expel you if you step anywhere within the zone marked red and are suspected to be a thug or hooligan.. The zone is effectively under curfew until further tomorrow.in order to allow the police to calm down the situation.. The Council has also banned USA President Donald Trump from stepping anywhere within this red zone because he is suspected to be a thug.or hooligan who would be a threat to public peace if allowed to roam around Woolwich.. In fact, Trump is banned from the whole of Greenwich Council indefinitely.

The use of Direction to Leave Notices under Section 35 of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Police Act 2014, has been authorised for the area in the attached photo of Woolwich Town Centre.

This will be in place from 1100 hours today until 1700 hours on 13/06/19.
