{UAH} Killed? Why?

I am really surprised with what is going on in Uganda. All of the
sudden an person can committee the coldest bloody crime worse than
what happens in Europe!

It appears for now, every Ugandan is a potential criminal in a very
religious country!

How do we explain these acts?

How can mere material poverty the overwhelming cause, where many grew
up with send too many people into such psychological inflection?

Children killing their parents to get access to their land and riches.

Yesterday someone killed five people in a family by poisoning and a
woman raped and killed in Jinja streets!
